Heartsaver Basic Life Support Classes Community CPR & First Aid In Person Classes

Heartsaver classes offer CPR, First Aid, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training to lay rescuers (an individual in the non-medical field). Our manikin-to-student ratio is low in order to maximize your time in our classes. This will allow the student to have their own individual manikin during the hands-on part of the class in order to achieve the best learning environment for each student. After you have completed both sections of the course, you will be issued an American Heart Association Heartsaver eCard through your e-mail.

Available class options include classes in CPR/AED, classes in First Aid, and classes that cover both CPR/AED and First Aid.

Heartsaver Community CPR & First Aid Online Course: 

We recognize that community members may have received training in the past for CPR and First Aid. The HCP Online Renewal Course allows the healthcare provider to complete many of the required course components remotely. After you complete the online portion call CPR With Mickey to schedule a convenient time for you to come in to our office and take the skills check-off.

After you have completed the online portion of the course, print out your completion certificate and call CPR With Mickey to schedule a convenient time for you to come in to our office and take the skills check-off. The skills check-off will usually take between 15 and 30 minutes. After you have completed both sections of the course, you will be issued an American Heart Association Heartsaver eCard via e-mail. 

Healthcare Provider: 

Anyone who provides patient care needs to complete the Healthcare Provider CPR class. Examples include: Nurses, nursing students, doctors, physical therapists, medical assistants, surgical techs, EMTs, paramedics, and lifeguards.
